The first meeting establishes the beginning of the professional relationship. The scope of the project is discussed and the preferences and particular needs of the client discussed. The projects overall budget and our fee structure will be addressed. There is an hourly fee for this meeting payable at the conclusion of the consultation.
The formal Design plan is presented and discussed. There is an hourly fee for this meeting and any (agreed upon) time necessary to prepare for this meeting. Once the plan is approved a Design Agreement is presented, listing the particular elements, for signature. A retainer is required to move forward.
